Shipping policy

If I place an order, how soon will it be received?

If economy shipping is selected, orders will take 1-8 business days to arrive, depending on location. Most of our items ship from Ohio. Business days do not include weekends or holidays

All orders placed Monday through Friday, before 12pm Eastern time, will be processed the same business day. If it is after 12pm, it may not ship until the next business days. THIS INCLUDES ALL EXPRESS ORDERS. Orders placed after hours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive a tracking number automatically via e-mail when your order is shipped. If there should be any circumstance beyond the carrier's control such as weather, natural disasters, etc. it may delay your delivery. These situations do not allow us to refund costs. 

If UPS 2nd Day Air is selected, it will take two business days to deliver. For example, the order is placed before 12pm on Monday. The order will ship out Monday, business day one is Tuesday, and should deliver on business day two Wednesday. Another example, the order is placed on Thursday before 12pm. The order will ship Thursday, business day one is Friday, but business day two is not until Monday, when the order should be delivered.

If UPS Next Day Air is selected, it will take one business days to deliver. For example, the order is placed before 12pm on Monday. The order will ship out Monday, business day one is Tuesday, and should deliver that day. Another example, the order is placed on Friday before 12pm. The order will ship Friday, business day one is not until Monday, when the order should be delivered. Another example, the order is placed Saturday. The order will not ship until Monday, business day one is Tuesday, and should deliver that day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost are calculated based on current rates and fees plus order total. They are primarily dependent upon order size, weights of items, the ship-to location, and shipping method.


Can I get my order shipped to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship one order to multiple addresses. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, the item will ship with USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.


Do you ship to Canada?

No, we do not ship to Canada.


Do you ship to other countries outside of Canada?

No. We do not ship internationally.


Shipping Policies and Restrictions:

Any international duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions about duties or custom charges please contact your local post office.


When will I receive my drop shipped items?

Drop ship items are items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer and in most cases, cannot be expedited. Shipping times vary based on the item. (Please see item descriptions for a delivery estimates.) Non-drop ship items included in an order with a drop ship item will ship via the normal shipping method selected by default. Please note that expediated shipment is not available for items shipping directly from the manufacturer. The drop shipped item will ship by UPS Ground by default. 

I ordered a pre-order item, when will it ship?

Pre-order items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advance purchase on our website. These items will be shipped directly to you once they become in stock. 

Please note the entire order will ship once all items are available.

Please note: Expected shipment times appearing on the Product Detail page specifying when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address.
